  7. DESCRIPTION
  8.   FileIsOpen allows to test if a file is already open or not.
  9.  
  10. SYNTAX
  11.                                          FileIsOpen <File path>
  12.  
  13. PARAMETERS
  14.    <File path> can be a single name or whole pathname. If just a single name is supplied, the file is assumed to be in the same folder than the current stack.
  15.  
  16.    Using "!", "?" or "=" as first parameter will return an online help (resp. copyright, syntax and output).
  17.  
  18. USING
  19.    The XFCN return "true" is the file is open, "false" if not.
  20.  
  21. ERRORS
  22.    If an error occurs, FileIsOpen can return :
  23.      "Error : Not a file"
  24.      "Error : Not a folder"
  25.      "Error : Alias file not supported"
  26.      "Error : Volume not found"
  27.      "Error : Bad Name"
  28.      "Error : File not found"
  29.      "Error : Folder not found"
  30.      "Error : File is busy"
  31.      "Error : I/O Error"
  32.      "Error : Folder is full"
  33.      "Error : Volume is locked"
  34.      "Error : No resource fork"
  35.      "Error : Duplicate file/folder name"
  36.      "Error : Moving whole volume not allowed"
  37.      "Error : Not an AppleShare volume"
  38.      "Error : AppleShare insufficient privileges"
